James “RevShark” DePorre is the president of Shark Asset Management, Inc (SAM). His primary responsibility is to formulate investment strategy and make all investment decisions for client accounts in his role as chief investment advisor. Although at times the actual execution of trades may be handled by other members of SAM, Mr. DePorre will develop the methodologies, strategies and/or specify price targets for purchase and sale of all investments. On a regular basis Mr. DePorre will relay his thoughts and comment on the general market environment through periodic correspondence with clients as well as utilize the information channels established within the organization to disseminate his opinions.

In addition to expanding his professional career to manage private accounts, Mr. DePorre currently writes the ‘Trading Diary’ for subscriber web site Real Money.com and facilitates investment subscription services through Shark Investing.com. Mr. DePorre has also been featured in publications such as Money Magazine, the Wall Street Journal Online, Fortune, Online Investing Magazine, the Detroit Free Press, the San Francisco Chronicle and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. Prior to pursuing a career as an active investor Mr. DePorre was employed by two of the ‘big five’ international accounting firms and practiced tax and corporate law.

Mr. DePorre holds a B.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Michigan’s Business and Law Schools. He is member of the Michigan Bar Association and has earned a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

Brenda Bryant – Operations Manager
Ms. Bryant began her career in the banking industry over 20 years ago overseeing operations and training, ensuring compliance and developing customer service programs. She has worked in the financial industry for several years with responsibilities including operations and customer service management. At Shark Asset Management she oversees all daily office operations in addition to client, vendor and broker contact.

James Koford - Equity Research Analyst
James Koford joined Shark Asset Management in September, 2006 to lead the Shark Equity Research team. Prior to joining the team, he served as an Analyst at a boutique investment bank in Tampa, FL, focusing on the financial services industry. Mr. Koford earned an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Florida. He lives in Tampa, FL.

John Peter Winkler – Junior Trader
Winkler started with Shark as an intern moving into the full time position of Junior Trader, after honing his individual trading skills for 5 years under the guidance of James “RevShark” DePorre. Winkler comes to Shark from Shreveport, LA and now makes his home in Bradenton. In addition to his participation on the Shark team, Winkler is pursuing his BA from Manatee Community College.

Brian Dubil - Technical Advisor / Graphic Designer
Brian joined Shark in early 2006 and has worked on the development and implementation of all company technology projects. Mr. Dubil serves as technical advisor for Shark, managing the day to day operations and is coordinator of ongoing technical initiatives.
