Q - Who can participate in Shark Select Individual Account (SSIA) management?
A - SSIA is open to all ' Qualified ' individuals as defined as having a total net worth of at least
$1.5 MM inclusive of real property.
Q - Why does SSIA periodically close to new investors?
A – For internal accounting controls, SSIA holds open and closed time periods revolving around a
quarterly schedule.
Q - What are Shark Asset Management Inc.'s fees?
A – Shark Asset Management Inc. charges a 1% annual management fee billed quarterly, in
arrears, in addition to a 20% net profit performance fee with a loss carry forward provision. See
our ADV II and Schedule F for more information on Fees.
Q - Does SSIA have a minimum investment?
A - Yes, SSIA requires a minimum initial investment size of $250,000
Q - Is Shark Asset Management Inc. a hedge fund?
A - No. Shark Asset Management Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor managing separate
accounts.
Q - Who does Shark Asset Management Inc. use as a custodian?
A – Shark Asset Management Inc. utilizes Charles Schwab, as primary custodian for SSIA
management.
Q - May I monitor my account on-line?
A – Shark Asset Management Inc. takes pride in providing transparency for its clients. Your
account may be viewed directly through Charles Schwab.
Q – How do I open an account?
A – Should you desire to open an account for SSIA management, please contact us at (941) 375-

Q – What if I already have an account with Charles Schwab?
A – Should you already possess an account with our custodian, Charles Schwab, all that is
needed is the Charles Schwab, Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) and Shark Asset Management
Inc. Fee Agreement. Clients should note that SSIA management will not accept outside
investments such as stocks, bonds or mutual funds.
Q – How do I see my account on-line?
A – Through www.Schwab.com you will click on "Web activate your accounts" in the upper right
side of the home page. Follow the directions to establish your Login ID and Password. You will
need your new Schwab account number.
Q – What is Shark Asset Management Inc.’s communication policy?
A – The principals of Shark Asset Management Inc. focus their time and energy on finding and
selecting investments which will produce the greatest possible absolute returns. Questions and
communication from investors regarding investment selection and account performance may
distract them from this task and therefore is strongly discouraged. Investors and their advisors
can easily monitor all activity and progress in their accounts in real time through the custodian
website.
Q – Is Shark Asset Management Inc. a Financial Advisor?
A – No. Shark Asset Management Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor for purposes of
managing client investments for a fee. Shark Asset Management Inc. will not make client specific
recommendations, analyze client risk tolerance or adhere to a general asset allocation strategy.
All clients are encouraged to seek outside Financial Advising council.
Q – What if I need to take money out of my account?
A – SSIA management does not impose a minimum investment time period. We do however
request that all investors attempt to keep withdrawals and contributions limited to the beginning or
end of a calendar quarter. Should a client withdrawal money intra-quarter, Shark Asset
Management Inc. will deduct a pro-rated quarterly billing amount based on the ending balance
prior to the withdrawal amount. All withdrawal requests may be handled through
www.Schwab.com
Q – Can I do a systematic monthly contribution or withdrawal?
A – No. While the custodian may have the capability to handle such requests, SSIA management
does not adhere to such a policy due to internal accounting controls.
